How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Wall Art
The Total Delivery Arrival Times for wall art will range from 7 - 12 Business Days.
*This consists of Production (5-9 Business Days) and Shipping (3-5 Business Days).

Mugs
The Total Delivery Arrival Times for mugs will range from 7 - 10 Business Days.
*This consists of Production (3-7 Business Days) and Shipping (3-5 Business Days).

Tumblers
The Total Delivery Arrival Times for tumblers will range from 5 - 8 Business Days.
*This consists of Production (1-3 Business Days) and Shipping (3-5 Business Days).

Apparel
The Total Delivery Arrival Times for apparel will range from 7 - 10 Business Days.
*This consists of Production (3-7 Business Days) and Shipping (3-5 Business Days).

*Note: With the current COVID-19 situation and supply chain constraints, there may be slightly longer than normal delays in production and/or shipping. We're doing everything we can to get the orders out as quick as possible. Thanks for your patience.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

If you purchase more than one product, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

If your orders are sent separately, you will be sent two tracking numbers.

Is My Personal Information Secure On Your Website?

Cartba adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. 

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.  Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored in our site.   

What Is Your Refund Policy?

Because our products are custom made and printed individually, unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at support@cartba.com and we will create a replacement order immediately.
