How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Production and shipping times will vary for different product types.
Mugs:- Production Times: 3-5 Business Days
- Shipping Times: 3-5 Business Days
- The Total Delivery Arrival Times will range from 6-10 Business Days.
- Production Times: 2-4 Business Days
- Shipping Times: 2-5 Business Days
- The Total Delivery Arrival Times will range from 5-9 Business Days.
- Production Times: 3-4 Business Days
- Shipping Times: 3-5 Business Days
- The Total Delivery Arrival Times will range from 6-9 Business Days.
- Production Times: 5-7 Business Days
- Shipping Times: 3-5 Business Days
- The Total Delivery Arrival Times will range from 8-12 Business Days.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please email support@cartba.com and we will assist you.
Will I Receive A Tracking Number For My Order?
Yes. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order is out of production and shipped.
*Note: When you receive your tracking number, it usually takes 24-48 hours for the carrier tracking information to update in their system to accurately reflect the status of your shipment progress.
Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?
If you purchase more than one product, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
If your orders are sent separately, you will be sent two tracking numbers.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
Because our products are custom made and printed individually, unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
