Do You Offer Returns and Exchanges?

When you purchase a product from Cartba, the graphic design is custom printed (or laser cut for metal signs) on the product only after you order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • For apparel orders, please view the detailed sizing charts on the product description pages before ordering.
  • For personalization orders, please double check that the custom text you want on the product is correct before placing the order.
  • If you have any other questions, simply email us at support@cartba.com before placing the order and we will assist you.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?

If your item arrives damaged or there is defective printing on your product, we will send you a replacement item free of charge with the shipping cost included. Please follow the damaged item replacement steps below:
  • Send a picture of the damaged/defective product to support@cartba.com.
  • In the email, include your name and order information.
  • We will contact you within 24hrs to update you on the status of your replacement.
